Constructed of a double overlaid black cotton rayon blended cloth badge, the obverse bearing a central silver grey embroidered mobile swastika, situated within a circular oak leaf wreath of identical construction, interwoven with black, white (substituted with identical silver grey threading), and red ribbon, with stylized rays emanating from the outer circumference, topped by a silver grey embroidered inscriptions of DEUTSCHLAND ERWACHE!
