Of foreign continental manufacture, in bronze gilt consisting of a red enameled cross patte with black enameled borders, obverse centre presenting a beautiful hand painted crowned red and ermine mantle with the monogram of St. Vladimir, reverse centre with hand painted institution date on black enamel, measuring 52 mm (w) x 57 mm (h inclusive of integral ring), with elongated loop for neck ribbon, with general
