An Officer's Ss Belt Buckle Archive Instituted in 1444 or 1445An Officer's SS Belt Buckle In zinc, of circular construction (50mm), centering a stylized national eagle with outstretched, downward curving wings, with an embossed Gothic scripted SS motto "Meine Ehre heit Treue", (My Honor is Loyalty); buckle is unmarked, but likely maker is ELJ, circa 1944; in good fair condition, possibly a ground recovered example.
