The classic PK25 lounge chair, also known as the Element chair, was designed by Poul Kjrholm in 1951 for his final graduation project at the School of Applied Arts in Copenhagen. The chair is a great example of Kjaerholms extraordinary work with common, industrial materials. The aim with the design was to reduce the chair to a single piece of each material, resulting in the hallmark of the chair a
