Nose: With some lingering rich aromas of sweet smoke, apricots and spice with a peppery note. Palate: Somewhat fresher than expected on the front of the palate with a citrus not and warming spices building with gusto as we reach the mid plate of wood smoke and pepper, with roasted pine and orange, with some rich organic notes of succulent grapes and hints or red apple like tones. The balance between smoke
