Kavalkad Wall Plaque by Rorstrand ak kaiser Possibly meant for a churchThis large ceramic wall plaque titled "Kavalkad 13" was designed by Olle Alberious for Rorstrand Porcelain of Sweden c 1970. It measures 12 3 4" x 12". The background is a steely blue matte textured glaze. The recessed decoration is glazed in colorful translucent colors. Always reminded me of bursting fireworks, this is number 13 in a series of wall tiles. The back is marked and has a wire hanger. Excellent condition with no chips cracks or repairs.
