It depicts a beautiful woman in an Art Nouveau hairstyle admiring her necklace and locket in the reflection of her hand held mirror. The tile is 6 1 2" tall and 11" long. Luber was employed by Johann von Schwarz 1896 1906 and personally painted the faces of each woman on his ceramics. A similar example can be found in the book Carl Sigmund Luber by Wolfgang
