Sugar bowl is 18. 5cm wide and 7cm tall. and the creamer is 13. 5cm wide and 7cm tall. Both are in excellent condition with no wear through on the exterior and minor on the interior of the sugar bowl base. Unsure of manufacturer but the came with an Atkin Brothers Teapot (sold seperatley).
